Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the work completed. If you are not satisfied with the work, please let your technician know right away. If he or she is no longer on the job site, then call or email us at:

We will do our best to correct any noted deficiencies. Discounts or refunds may be the best avenue to correct an ongoing issue. This will be determined on a case by case basis. 

The general term for the discount/refund policy is 30 days. Exceptions may be provided based on the scope and environment of the work.
